Shipping policy
Most items are shipped from Pearland, Texas. Phone cases are made to order and fulfilled separately. If your order includes a phone case and other items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, each with its own tracking number.
Stickers: Sticker orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Apparel & Made-to-Order Items: Apparel and other made-to-order items are processed within 3–10 business days, depending on order volume.
Phone Cases: Phone cases are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner.

- Shipping time (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days total
Please Note: If your order includes a phone case and other items from our shop (such as stickers, apparel, or accessories), your order will arrive in separate shipments. Phone cases are fulfilled and shipped directly by our production partner, while the rest of your items are packaged and shipped by us. You may receive separate tracking numbers and your packages may arrive on different days.
Processing and shipping times may vary during periods of high demand.
Shipping Carrier:
We primarily use USPS for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery and tracking updates.
If you have concerns regarding tracking or delivery delays, we recommend contacting USPS directly using your tracking number.
Delivered but Not Received:
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
Please allow 3–5 business days for the package to arrive
Check with neighbors or your local post office
If your order still hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact us so we can assist you.
Incorrect Address:
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:
The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order
