Shipping policy

Most items are shipped from Pearland, Texas. Phone cases are made to order and fulfilled separately. If your order includes a phone case and other items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, each with its own tracking number.

Stickers: Sticker orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Apparel & Made-to-Order Items: Apparel and other made-to-order items are processed within 3–10 business days, depending on order volume.

Phone Cases: Phone cases are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner. 
Processing time: 2 – 5 business days
Shipping time: 3 – 7 business days (U.S.)
Estimated delivery time: 5 – 10 business days total
Please note that processing and shipping times may vary depending on demand.

Shipping Carrier:
We primarily use USPS for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery and tracking updates.

If you have concerns regarding tracking or delivery delays, we recommend contacting USPS directly using your tracking number.

Delivered but Not Received:
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
Please allow 3–5 business days for the package to arrive
Check with neighbors or your local post office
If your order still hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact us so we can assist you.

Incorrect Address:
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:
The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order
