Refund policy

Returns:

All sales are final on discounted or sale items. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for these items.

 

Our products are made to order, we do not accept returns on regular or custom-made items, including shirts, stickers, mugs/can glass, phone cases, and accessories.

 

We only accept returns or replacements if:

 

  • The item you received is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item (wrong design, size, or product)

Phone Cases

Our phone cases are made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect phone model selected
  • Change of mind or personal preference

If your phone case arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.

Refunds:

If your request is approved, we will process your refund after verifying the issue or once the returned item is received and inspected (if applicable).

Exchange:

We do not accept exchanges on any orders. Please double-check product details (such as size or phone model) before placing your order.

Note:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
